i mean, its been a day already, and it still hurts like a mofo.
Range of motion: limited.
pain sharpness: very high
aside from the soreness of every other muscle in my body, my shoulder, by far, is the worst.
just imagine your shoulder popping out of the socket, and your arm is deformed, and rendered useless…i can’t stand it. i have a feeling...
dislocation.
